Beautiful bread! Mine definitely needed longer than the 22 minutes, as I pulled it at the 22 mins but the bottom was still a bit undercooked… still amazing though! Mines came out dense with very few bubbles inside (the top was beautifully bubbly though), wondering if you would know what I did wrong for the dense-ness?
