Lots of prep time not included in recipe - dice butter and place in freezer, dice cheese, cook and chop bacon, chop chives. You end up with ~2-3oz cooked bacon. Best with big chunks of cheese and bacon, small chives. These are huge so I prefer to do 2 rounds cut into 6's, baked side by side for same amount of time. I sprinkle parmesan cheese on top after cream and before baking. Delish! Best served warm.
