The chicken came out tender and juicy. The flavor was good but a bit spicy for our tastes. We believe it's the white pepper causing the spiciness, so we will cut that in half next time. The 'skin' I wasn't impressed with. My old man says that's from putting it in the freezer bag, so next time, we will be dunking it in the egg wash, and then into the bowl, we combined the spices in. We did use skinless boneless chicken breasts instead of thighs. My old man is sensitive to cayenne pepper, so we didn't bother with step 6 on this recipe.
