First time ever making bread. This was goood. I used AP flour the first time. Texture was on point but I was hoping for a better flavor. (No shade to the recipe, it was my first ever bread!) So I tried Lacey’s overnight focaccia and made the same day again with bread flour. Both were amazing! I really like putting sliced tomatoes on top, it makes it moist and yummy! If you haven’t tried it it is so easy so don’t get overwhelmed and think it’s too complicated, it’s so not!
