I used 1 can cream of Garlic Mushroom Soup and 1 can of Beefy Mushroom Soup along with the Lipton Onion Soup Mix. ZERO water needed unless you like watery gravy. The cooking process creates enough moisture that the gravy comes out perfect. I used canned mushrooms and added them in the last couple hours of cooking and left the lid off of the crockpot to help the Gravy thicken. I cooked on High the first 3 hrs, then low for a couple of hours. The Steaks and gravy turned out AWESOME! Serve with Mashed Potatoes and peas.
