Made 6/4/23. Really good! I rolled in coarse sugar but won’t next time-makes them a bit too sweet. Could add coloring to frosting or sprinkles on top. Will make again. Hit with my son who doesn’t really like chocolate. Baked 13 minutes in convection oven at 325. Made bigger cookies than I normally do. Actually used a 1.5 tablespoon and weighed each ball (33g). Rolled into balls and flattened with my hand.
