This was my second loaf of overnight focaccia. I have been making focaccia for several years but had never tried the overnight variety! It is certainly worth the wait! The recipe is concise and clear and it’s very simple to follow the steps. I topped this loaf with flaky salt and oregano and plan to use it for Italian sub sandwiches with salami, mortadella, capicola, love spread, provolone, lettuce tomato, onion and a vinaigrette!
