This salad was so good and so filling! It was fairly easy to make. I baked the bacon strips at 400 for 15 mins and came out perfectly crunchy. I didn't realize this was an 8 servings recipe until I started gathering the ingredients to make it, so we definitely had leftovers, which is a plus. Although, to be honest, I would double the amount of the salad dressing because we ran out of it with 4 generous servings.
