Easy mix to make in advance and leave in the cupboard.
After adding water you can shake in a bottle or tupperware to mix so would be great for kids/ low effort prep.
Makes good waffles in a waffle maker, especially with added fillings to help with some flavour and moisture. To make savoury waffles we reduce the amount of sugar to the same as the salt.
