Someone else recommended reading the blog post, so to avoid any mishaps, I followed the blog post. I wanted a cookie scoop, so I got the one she recommended. I think the tip about the cookies not looking done, but they are really helped.
From frozen:
I tried the instructions to cook from frozen. The cookies were more brown and crunchy.
I also thawed them for at least 3 hours on the kitchen counter, then cooked them. They were delicious and soft as if they were fresh.
