I jazzed it up a bit with sesame seeds, green onions, and gochujang. Also I felt it was too oily so I added more of the other liquid ingredients to balance that out. I’m a ginger addict so if I had it my way I would have added more fresh ginger plus some ginger paste. But, I correctly predicted that my husband would already be coughing from how much ginger the basic recipe had. Haha. Next time I’ll just reserve more ginger on the side for myself.
