Mine took an extra 25 minutes to bake. Either because I used a smaller pan (9x13) than the recipe called for, or maybe the amount of mashed bananas was more than amount listed in the recipe, although I still only used 5 bananas but they were on the large size. I use chocolate chip chunks and it still turned out great. Family loved it! Will definitely make again! It’s more of a cake like texture and not so much like a traditional bar.
