This was delicious! Meat came out very tender and the sauce was flavorful enough that my husband ate the mushrooms I put in it! He normally would eat around them but he accidentally ate one and subsequently ate the rest because of the flavor. Will make again and probably add more cheese next time. Speaking of cheese, definitely spring for the Gruyere, it really gives it that pop!
