I’ve made these twice this week; they’re very tasty, the perfect combo of salty & sweet!
I used Rolos for the caramel since that’s what I had on hand. Softened the butter rather than melting it & chilled the dough in the fridge for ~30 mins before baking. Definitely take out while slightly underbaked since these are better soft & chewy.
