It tastes amazing
I literally didn't follow the instructions😂
I just cut up some carrots,potatoes(large cubes) onions and garlic (I cooked bake chicken separate)
Boil my potatoes for 10 minutes
Add everything in a baking dish and baked it for 40ish minutes until it was brown and a bit crunchy
I served it up with a lentil salad and bake chicken .
The entire family loved it 😊
