bungled this one!!! put the larger of the two cornstarch measurements in the sauce instead of on the tofu so it came out a bit gelatinous! still tasty, plus besides red pepper flake i added a bit of chili powder AND sriracha in. next time i'll read the directions a little more carefully and let the tofu dry out a little bit more (the outside came out looking very crispy, but when you put your fork in it instantly fell apart, not the end of the world though).
