This came out great and was super easy! We are not huge fans of ginger so next time I might reduce the amount or omit from the wontons and just use In the broth. This recipe makes more than enough wontons for this meal you end up freezing half. Make more broth if you want to cook all the wontons to feed more people. They are not big, my family of 3 ended up having two bowls and each had 7 wontons total.
