Made homemade nachos this week and this came out pretty good. We love cheese sauce, so having a good go to recipe is great. We added about 1/4 of a block of a habanero cheddar with mild cheddar for spice. It ended up being a little thicker at the end I added some more milk. I usually measure with my heart ❤️
