I followed the recipe pretty much how it was written, except the first thing I did was cut the raw boneless skinless chicken into bite size pieces, put the chicken pieces into a freezer zip block bag with olive oil and a large spoonful of taco seasoning to coat. Then I zipped the bag up let the air out and shake it real good making sure it covered all the chicken. Then I used a big Sautee pan and put some olive oil in the pan and kept it on medium high heat while occasionally stirring. They turned out amazing my family ate them right up!! They are kinda small though so I'd suggest 2 per adult incase the first doesn't fill you.
