Since there were no measurements for the sauce I tried to improvise. I also added white wine and stone ground mustard to my sauce which were not listed. I always like to make extra to put over rice too. I used corn starch to thicken it.
1 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1tbsp stone ground mustard
