← Replies in Liang Pi (Chinese Traditional Wheat Starch Noodles and Seitan) Recipe

Absolutely sensational. It was my first time making anything by this kind of method. For the protein, i put it in an oiled bowl inside the steamer, which seemed to work well. The noodles i used an oiled metal dish floated inside the steamer directly, which also worked very well. I messed up cutting the noodles a bit as they stuck to the knife, which i will need to figure out for next time. Great recipe will be making again.

So glad you had success with this recipe! I can suggest greasing your knife with a little oil between slices when cutting the noodles for next time! Thank you for making this recipe :)
