I added chocolate chips to mine with some cacao powder. It turned out fantastic; everyone loved it. I will say that the original didn't pop up for me, but https://www.superhealthykids.com/healthy-zucchini-oat-muffins/ had almost the same recipe; you have to substitute the coconut oil for your oil of choice.
