Great quick simple tasty dinner. I found the lime on salsa quite sour/sharp so I’d prob add just a touch of maple strip or honey just to take the edge off.
I didn’t realise the recipe required time to marinade so I put a side of salmon on a baking sheet and spread the marinade and baked it in the oven at 180 degrees fan assisted for 14 mins and it turned out GREAT
