It was fairly easy to make! It definitely it's very quick though as you have to leave the gluten and the starchy water overnight, and it also takes a while to cut up the noodles. It tastes very delicious! I decreased the amount of sechuan oil, so that's why it looks like there's less soup. I also didn't ground sechuan so I substituted it with black pepper and some lemon zest! My only complaint was how hard it was to measure the grams of the starch without a weighing scale! I definitely had to do some experimenting there!
