This was good but I eliminated the 3/4 cup of water as it is unnecessary. Usually rice is a 2-1 liquid to rice ratio so this is already over that plus the chicken releases liquid as it cooks. Just use the chicken broth. I also prefer to use a medium grain rice. And I did mine completely on the stovetop as I did not want to heat up the house in June with the oven. It worked great that way.
