I didn't think it would be that great.. but this recipe is an asset. I made it with hazelnut "flour" and grated coconut and some vainilla drops... also with oranges and not clementines and less sugar.. hehe.. I changed almost everything.. but this technique of pre cooking the citrus and then just blending them is amazing.
My 1,5 year-old toddler and my husband loved it, and I have separated a little leftover for my morning coffee... just perfect.
