So for starters I increased it to make 18 biscuits. Then I increased the sugar, baking powder and salt by 1/3rd again. Brushed them with heavy cream (secret to my cinnamon rolls)
Used 1 & 3/4" cutter, so very close to the frozen biscuit size.
They got quite nicely large. I slightly over baked due to being distracted but they taste great, and stayed moist.
Ended up with 16 large biscuits.
