Overall, great meal. Dough rolling and cutting was a pain. Try cutting squares from the circle of rolled out dough. Then filled the rectangles with filling in the center, but that was a pain when folded over and all the filling was on one side. Also, the two sides were hard to join together with the fork. Perhaps from flour. Then the under side didn't have enough flour against the counter and some stuck to the counter. Everything else was solid including final product. Recommended!
