Used fresh corn (4-5min boiled/steamed). Forgot to measure to see if it was ~1 cup but 3 ears for 15oz beans seemed fine. 3 tsp taco seasoning and extra hot sauce in filling. Def fold in half and instead of trying (failing) to flip. In cast iron, first one is under done as pan heats up, then later ones burn quickly. Black olives or cooked onions next time? Sour cream and hot sauce for serving. Guacamole for next time
