This was delicious! I didn't have the stone ground mustard so I just used all dijon. I had home made pickles and picked juice though I would skip the salt next time because the pickle juice is quite salty. At a minimum, I can always add salt if needed.
I added hard boiled eggs to the leftover salad and it was delicious! The egg absorbed some of the saltiness and was so good with the dressing. Plus it adds protein
