First keto recipe I’ve tried for English muffins. Kind of dense, the muffin, not me. I’m think whipped egg whites for the next one to give it some air pockets. I put my egg yolk in the mixing bowl afterwards, covered, and microwaved for 30 seconds. I put it on my muffin. Reminds me of heavily buttered, butter saturated cornbread as far as texture. It’s yummy!
