I marinaded this for about two hours. I cut the recipe in half because we only had three or four thighs. We wished we had the full 8 thighs, because we wanted more, and would have eaten much more of it if we could have. This marinade is so amazing and the chicken was so tender. Also- I put the chicken in a cast iron skillet and cooked the chicken that way because I was kind of in a hurry. It worked! Absolutely delicious. My teenager said it's the best chicken she'd ever had. My six yr old liked it too. This will be a go-to for us. Thank you!
