Halved the recipe for the two of us... Needed a little extra salt, dill, and lemon but was pretty good and would pair nicely with a lot of dinners. Make sure it doesn't sit for too long or else will get watery

Love creamed cucumbers! Have been making them for 60 years! I make them Polish style. To reduce the water in the cucumbers, sprinkle them liberally with salt and let them drain in a colander for at least 20 minutes - rinse, then dry with paper towel before adding to the dressing. (The cucumbers will become wilted - not as crunchy, but so good!)
