My wife and I really LOVED this bread! The next time I make it I think I’ll try instant yeast (I used Active Dry because it’s what I had), I’ll make sure my bread flour is in date (I didn’t even check ours this time), and I’ll proof it on the counter with the stove on (this time I sat it in the windowsill, but it’s chilly in our house). Again, this is a simple recipe, and I’m pretty sure it will wow a crowd ;)
