I didn't have yoghurt so it just meant it was cooked eggs which was a bit odd and didn't have some of the herbs. Also made it vegetarian with Quorn mince.
Would recommend to make a cheese sauce without eggs? Or yoghurt?
But overall, I'm super glad I made this-it was mostly to use up 3 lasagne sheets and some beautiful veggies (courgette and corn) and use potatoes in lasagne. So served the purpose.
