I actually baked this in my regular oven instead of my air fryer (otherwise I'd have to cook 4 batches). It's very good and crispy! Prior to rolling them in oil, I used paper towels to dry off the excess water from the pieces of chicken, as it helps the oil to coat better, making the seasoning stick better, as well. I also replaced 1/2 tsp of the black pepper with cayenne pepper, and 1/2 tsp of the garlic powder with adobo seasoning. I used smoked paprika instead of regular paprika. Overall, I may have tweaked it too much for this recipe, but it was very good and I'll definitely make it again.
