This was delicious but healthy cause there was lettuce, met all my cravings and very filling. I did add a little mango to try it out, it helped bring a surprising sweetness to balance the spicy so I'll try adding a little more next time.
The dressing is great, I used the leftover in Buddha bowls, salads, veggie dip, it really helps punch up the fresh flavor and it's gone in a few days! Will definitely add this to my rotation.
