This is a nice, simple, easy weeknight recipe! It’s a great nutritious option in a pinch, esp with a side of toast with strawberry jam. I’d maybe tweak the seasonings a little more (add more salt/garlic powder/turmeric maybe) and it’s really important to get all the water out of the tofu because there’s a lot of it and it can dilute the taste, so I’d probably cook it for longer than it states in the recipe.
