← Replies in Mexican Street Corn Soup Recipe

Having made this before, I left out the sugar, because that just makes this too sweet. Without it though, it tastes delicious, and makes for a nice, light soup. I'd highly recommend the cheese sprinkled on top, but even without it was good.
