This is a lukewarm recommendation, with conditions. I LOVE this recipe creator, and all reviews on her website said this is many’s new favorite chili recipe. It has a great base to start, but because I don’t use salt, I needed WAY MORE flavor and seasoning. I added red pepper flakes, garam masala, turmeric, plain paprika, Kashmiri red pepper powder, and fresh squeezed lime.
Next time, I would do 3 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp cumin, 2 tsp smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
