Possibly the best thing Ive ever baked. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Took some work and a lot of waiting but it was really fun to make.

the best thing you've ever baked!! This is so great to hear. I agree, it's a bit of an investment with sourdough focaccia but SO worth it. I'm so glad you loved it. Your focaccia looks delicious. Cheers to many many more in your future!
