I have made this recipe a few times. It is true-you can’t need this up. Sometimes I used more flour, sometimes more evo, let it rise on the porch, let it rise indoors… Always good. I use different topping each time depending on what’s in the pantry and fridge.

I’ve made it 3 times now. Different toppings each time. Delicious!! Luckily I live in the south, so I set the dough on my porch in the shade to rise. Perfect every time.
