I give it a thumbs up! I didn't make it perfectly, so it didn't come out perfectly, but I plan on trying again. The only thing I forsee is that the pasta isn't quite "saucy" enough - maybe a little less chicken stock and a little more heavy cream might balance it. I ended up using Creole seasoning (only stuff I could find), which I used too much of since the packaging said, "Use like salt." 😅 Don't make the same mistake I did! Also, might sub chicken for shrimp.
