the few slight changes i’ve made to the suggestions of the recipe are making the batter more lemony and overall putting less sugar in
it actually amazed me how perfect this bundt cake came out once i’d flipped it over onto a serving plate!
highlight: my parents giving this the name of “elf crown” when they saw how i later decorated it, with cream, blueberries, and mint leaves instead of thyme
