Bottom was burnt but still delicious. Next time will try same cook time at 375F. May try topped with ube or ube syrup. The extended parchment paper along the sides is necessary. During baking the cheesecake rose ~2” above height of 9” springform pan. If one didn’t know the taste of ube/ purple yam they might not taste it. This had a very mild flavor but was beautiful and yummy.
