I used old bay instead of Italian seasoning , which gave them a bit of a kick.
I cooked in the air fryer. Next time I will cook both on middle and/or bottom shelf as my racks are small, so couldn't fit both on same shelf. The crackers on the top burnt slightly, despite being covered
