This is a fairly quick easy meal if you need to cook with what's on hand but still want to get some veggies, protein, and fiber, but it's bland. I added 1/2 t garlic granules and a few shakes of crushed red pepper to the oil at the beginning, and another splash of tamari plus lime juice to my bowl, but it was still lacking. Next time more garlic and black pepper in the oil. I subbed brown rice on the multigrain setting and subbed red wine vinegar because it's what I had, and used the lowest saute setting.
