I am SO proud of myself!!
The filling was fantastic. So delicious and not too sweet. I added 3 tsp of extra sweetener to sweeten it just a tad. I topped my tart with golden peach and raspberries and almond slivers. Added some confection sugar and mint to make it pretty.
Since I had some leftover filling due to a shallower crust, I should have reduced the bake time. It came out a little more brown that I would have liked but I was pleased to find out the taste and texture was still wonderful :) So definitely not a picky filling.
This really impressed the crowd, I’m so pleased!
