Add red pepper flakes for a little extra boost of flavor. We subbed out red pepper/celery for some carrots and spinach that we had in the fridge. It does turn out a little moist but still delicious - not sure the pasta would have cooked all the way otherwise! We also stirred to move uncooked pasta around, then left the lid on for a few mins after releasing the pressure since the pasta wasn't quite done. Also used HALF the broth, double the cheese and sour cream
