Made my own 2 cups of self-rising flour, you would mix together 2 cups of all-purpose or GF flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt. Will try with oat or GF flour next time. Can make with blueberry yogurt and dried blueberries.

I love your addition suggestions. And like you I wouldn't have to make up my own self rising flour. My mom always taught me to keep the basics in the house And made sure I knew how to cook and bake from scratch.
